Tues June 23 is the last chance to vote in statewide primaries for Maryland, New York and Utah, plus the Primary Runoffs in South Carolina.

Here’s an example from South Carolina. In case folks ask, South Carolina, registered voters may cast a ballot in the runoff election -- even if they did not cast a vote in the June 9 primary. However, voters cannot change parties between the primary and runoff election. They can however vote in either primary if they did not vote June 9.
