Yes, I watched the debate. It was hard to watch. I thought that President Biden looked and sounded like he was not feeling well. He looked pale, had an obvious hoarse voice and seemed a little out of it. Perhaps he over prepared and lost his voice or had a cold. Trump was just plain horrible. I don’t see the point of having these debates because Trump just lies and lies with no one fact checking him except for the few times that Biden did. But despite Biden’s weak performance, the fact remains that Biden represents positivity, competence, has a competent staff and will preserve our democracy and Rule of Law. Trump can’t be trusted to ever say the truth. He represents hatefulness, dictatorship and will bring with him a litany of Christian Nationalist fascists, whose intent it is to tear down and destroy our country. The choice is clear and shouldn’t be a difficult one to make if you love this country.

One bad night does not on a debate stage does not reflect on a career of public service. Let us remember the Supreme Court is grabbing power and they along with Trump are going to take us back to the dark ages. I can’t believe that they lack common sense and their fealty to American Oligarchs is very bad for the average citizen. So much progress we have made for clean air and water is all for naught. Anyway we can fix that and re-elect President Biden, so he can appoint reasonable judges to avoid a dark future.
